These are general website terms. Any paid programme, representation, development service, apprenticeship or employment arrangement, or host-employer arrangement is governed by any separate written agreement supplied for that service.

This site provides information and enquiry and referral pathways relating to rugby league athlete development, education, employment and career opportunities. Website content is general information only — it is not legal, financial, medical, employment or training advice. Visitors should obtain appropriate professional advice for their own circumstances.

A player under 18 must involve a parent or legal guardian when submitting forms, providing consent or entering an arrangement. A parent or guardian who submits information on behalf of a player under 18 confirms they have authority to do so.

1PCNT may help a person prepare information and, with their authority, refer relevant details to MRAEL. MRAEL is a separate organisation responsible for its own guidance, eligibility assessment, recruitment, opportunity matching, host-employer assessment, employment and training arrangements and decisions.

Completing a profile, speaking with 1PCNT or being referred to MRAEL does not guarantee an interview, apprenticeship, traineeship, host employer, employment or any particular qualification or outcome. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, 1PCNT is not the person's employer, host employer, registered training organisation or apprenticeship-network provider.

A host-employer form is an expression of interest only. Submitting the form does not create a host agreement or guarantee a candidate or placement. Any opportunity remains subject to MRAEL's assessment, requirements, availability, trading arrangements and separate agreement.

Nothing on this website guarantees player selection, a contract, representation, progression, performance improvement or any club or competition outcome. Results depend on many factors outside 1PCNT's control.

When using this site, you must:

• Provide information that is accurate, current and not misleading
• Have authority to provide information about another person
• Not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content
• Not interfere with the security or functionality of the site, scrape content, introduce malware, impersonate anyone or use the site unlawfully
• Notify 1PCNT if important submitted information changes

1PCNT may decline or stop progressing an enquiry where information is incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe or inappropriate.

Submitting a form authorises 1PCNT to use the information for the purpose described in the form and the Privacy Policy. Referral authority and marketing consent are separate and distinct.

A submission alone does not create a contract or obligation for 1PCNT or MRAEL to provide a service, placement or response within a particular time.

This site may link to or work with third parties including MRAEL. Third-party sites and services are controlled by those parties and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not a guarantee or endorsement of every third-party statement or service.

Unless otherwise stated, site text, branding, graphics, structure and original materials belong to or are licensed to 1PCNT and are protected by law. You may view and make a personal copy for your own non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, publish, modify, sell, commercially exploit or use 1PCNT branding without written permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

1PCNT may update these terms by publishing a revised version and changing the effective date. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Queensland law governs these terms and Queensland courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
